All appointments are CDT (US Central Standard time) which is the location of the salon. Reach out to me if you are uncertain of your requested appointment time.

* Salon Location: 152 W Third St. Suite 2, Prattville, AL

* ALL PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES…..BE READY TO PAY BALANCE

* Deposits are to be sent immediately after scheduling your appointment to avoid cancellation. Your appointment request will be declined if deposit has not been received immediately after booking. ABSOLUTELY NO HOLDS, NO EXCEPTIONS 

* Payment Options: Cash (preferred); Cash App ($WatWuzIt), Venmo (@Nattira), Credit Card/Afterpay (+ processing fee). Must request invoice to pay by credit card or afterpay.

* Transfer request must be submitted 72 hrs prior to appointment and rescheduled within two weeks to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

* No more than 10 minutes late to avoid forfeiture of deposit. After 10 mins you will be charged an additional fee of $30. After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled. 

* Your appointment time is for you to relax and enjoy your services so guests are not allowed.....unless special circumstances have been discussed 

* Salon etiquette: no profanity, limit phone use, please do not smoke prior to appointment, be ready to pay balance, communicate, speak up, be prepared* Servicing ages 12+

*Sisterlocks and Microlocs (Consultations and Establishment) clients ONLY: 

    -Be sure to select the correct weeks since your last retie

   -If you did not select a shampoo service, please make sure your hair is shampooed no more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If your hair is not properly cleansed, you will be required to receive a basic shampoo service (at an additional cost).

* All purchases are final and nonrefundable

*Spiritually Loc’d reserves the right to refuse service or end service service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or pose a threat

* For your safety and mine please reschedule if you are suffering from a contagious illness. You may be asked to wear a mask or have your temperature taken. Your deposit will be applied to rescheduled appointment In this case.
